Nice quiet apartment of 71 mq : 2 rooms, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony/lounge. 3 min walk to subway, which takes 8 minutes to the central station and 10 minutes to Oktoberfest. The apartment has been renovated 2017. With indoor pool during the day, free use. Close to Olympic Parc and shopping mall. Wireless and washing machine, free use. The apartment is ideal for 3-4 people, but additional matrasses can be added on the floor so that up to 8-10 people can comfortably sleep in the apartment, according to the following configuration: - 1 bed 200x200 cm in the bedroom (2 ppl) - 1 bed 140x 200 cm in the living room (1-2 ppl) - possible matrasses on the floor: 2, each 140 x 200 cm and 2, each 100 x 200 cm. Of course all necessary bed linen, blankets and pillows will be provided. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need and the bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer.
