Complex built in 2007. This unit is available for short term vacation rental as this is a family owned/managed unit. Both bedrooms have new pillow top queen beds, nightstands and dresser. Full size closets with built in shelves as well. Master BR has TV with cable. New 26" flat screen. Master Bedroom has sliding door to balcony, as does the living room. Bistro table and chairs on living room balcony. Gas BBQ Grill on main balcony. Bath has full shower/tub and is tiled. Tiled kitchen is complete with wonderful gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator/ freezer. All supplies are new, from silverware to crockpot! We think we have everything you could need..... Bar area with 2 stools. Round dining table seats 4 comfortably. Gas grill on patio deck. Living room has couch and loveseat. 42" Flatscreen TV with DVD player. Cable and WIFI service. Everything is new! Gas fireplace to relax in front of. Sliding door to porch, with balcony. Nice view of Knob Hill. Laundry has stack unit washer/dryer and room to store gear. We absolutely LOVE the location! We walk with our daughters everywhere! 2 bus stops for heading to mtn are on the same block. The YMCA is 2 blocks behind and is amazing! IF you are a Y member, bring your card! If not, they do sell daily passes. The climbing wall and bouldering area is wonderful! Free Ice skating with skates and hockey sticks available (winter) about 3 blocks away at Hemmingway Elementary school, bmx dirt park, skateboard and tennis courts in the summer.. Fun way to meet locals or participate in a pick up game of hockey or tennis! Bike path a block away and Big Wood River 2 blocks for some in town casting. Out one end of the building is the famous "Grumpys-Bar & Grill" Wandering around, we found it is close proximity to many restaurants, equipment rental and shopping. 5 minute stroll to Starbucks in the morning and about the same to Giacobbi Square (kids like to get breakfast goodies there). Easy walk to many restaurants, shops & galleries...too numerous to mention! Since we can't use it as much as we would like, we are making it available for various times. There are strict complex rules regarding pets (non allowed for short term renters) and this is a residential facility, so please respect our neighbors! Forgot to mention the clincher for us, aside from condition and location.....UNDERGROUND PARKING and close to bike path! Guest access If park in front of building, enter and go up the stairs. Turn right and last unit on right, #27. Lockbox code will be given prior to arrival as it changes. Parking garage enter behind building. Once down ramp, to your right is space #27. You may also use guest spot(s) if needed. Elevator access, go to 3rd floor! Crazy when it is unit #27! Last unit on right at end of hallway.
