The space This is a one-story single-family house, 900Sq. ft in a 3200 sq. ft Lot Bright and renovated 2 Bed/2 Bath home in prime NOBE location! You’ll be sharing the house with me, my boyfriend, and our cat. Airbnb bedroom is in the front of the house and our bedroom is in the back side but we share the same main entrance to the house. You are paying only for the bedroom. Front room, including a comfortable queen bed, TV, a full bath with shower, Mini fridge, microwave and Internet access. Guest access Guests enjoy bedroom and a private bath. We do not allow cooking. Laundry is allowed only for long stays. Driveway is not allowed for guest. No need to worry, there should be plenty of street parking available. Airbnb guest have access to the backyard and jacuzzi. During your stay During your stay your hosts are working from home and accessible to provide answers to local questions and guidance regarding the Bay Area in general. Other things to note The bedroom faces to the street, so there will be some street noise, but the room has double pained windows so the noise is not too bothersome Please message if you need an early check in.
