This cottage is an old stone building completely renovated, located in Conteville-Les-Boulogne; charming town of Pas-de-Calais nestled between the sea and the countryside and neighboring Wierre-Effroy. The place has a totally atypical charm, mixing authenticity and modernity. The large stone wall along the living room and the many exposed beams make this old barn the irresistible cocoon to recharge your batteries with family or friends in a warm atmosphere. The space We open the doors of a sublime house composed of; on the ground floor; a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, range hood, dishwasher, fridge…); a beautiful bright living room with two large bay windows overlooking a terrace and a garden (south facing); a large bedroom offering a nice double bed and two large wardrobes for the storage of your laundry; a laundry room with washing machine and clothes rack; a superb walk-in shower room and separate toilets. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms; one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. With its extraordinary charm, magnificent furnishings, high-quality bed linen and fully equipped terrace (barbecue, deckchairs, Chileans, wooden picnic table and parasol…) the cottage guarantees you comfort and well-being. If you are fond of the beautiful landscapes that the Côte d'Opale offers and beautiful walks, the place is ideally located: 15 km from Wimereux, the oldest seaside resort on the Côte d'Opale; 21 km from Wissant, a charming tourist village located between Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez, and 25 km from Hardelot-Plage, an elegant seaside resort with its sumptuous villas, equestrian center and golf courses. To make your stay easier, please note that the cottage is also five minutes from the Auchan shopping center. Other things to note Bed linen is provided (120 thread/cm2 cotton percale) and the beds are made for your arrival. For an extra charge, you can rent towels for €5/person (large and small towel plus washcloth). Free rental from 3 nights booked. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed in the cottage. We accept a small dog to be specified at your reservation Thank you 🚨 To prevent any incident, an outdoor camera continuously records the main entrance. It does not film the interior but ensures the safety of the accommodation. Any attempt to tamper with the lock or unauthorized access is therefore immediately recorded.
