It is located on the ground floor of a residential house. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, plates and glasses, as well as an oven, hob, dishwasher, water heater, microwave, stick blender,... The dining area is large enough for a relaxed meal. Modern bathroom with shower, toilet paper is available, clean towels always ready, hairdryer is also available. In addition to a large double bed, the bedroom also has a large wardrobe, ambient lighting and night lights. The living room is equipped with a large sofa set that can be turned into a large bed, there is a TV and WiFi in the room, and on cold evenings you can light a fire in the fireplace. The terrace offers a large table and benches for a relaxed sitting. By agreement, the laundry room, which is located in the basement, is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Guest access The owners live in the same house one floor up. A shared hallway is used to access both apartments. Other things to note Tourist and promotional fees are not included in the price of the accommodation and are payable per person/night (1.5 €/day/person, 0.75€/day/7-18 years, exempt 0-7 years. Fees are paid in cash on the last day of the stay.
