A nice bright apartment of 27 m2 located on the 4th floor (no elevator), in a quiet condominium, 300 m from the beach of Donville les Bains. Ideally located, close to all shops, everything is within walking distance. Numerous activities nearby. Only 2 km from Granville train station, 1 km from the Thalassotherapy center and the rehabilitation center, the Christian Dior Museum. 3 km from the port of Granville, where you can embark for the Channel Islands and also Chausey. The space The accommodation consists of an entrance with dressing area, a living room with lounge area: sofa bed, coffee table, TV, board games. A kitchenette equipped with oven, microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, coffee maker, teapot, 2-burner electric stove, dishes, utensils, a table, 4 chairs. You will have the necessary products: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea. One bedroom with 140/190 bed, closet. Duvets and pillows are available. Bathroom with sink, shower + toilet. A clothes rack is available, the accommodation does not have a washing machine but a laundromat is less than 200 m from the apartment. Bed linen and towels are not provided, possibility to book on request with an extra €20 for 1 bed (1/2 people), €30 for 2 (3/4 people). On the other hand, from 4 nights booked, bed linen and towels are offered. Guest access The entire place is for guests only. Other things to note Housekeeping not included, you must leave the accommodation clean or you have the option to take the housekeeping package at €30. In that case, let me know as soon as you arrive.
