There are no neighbours (so no noise restrictions) but there are plenty of visits from wildlife. The toucans are known to fly right up to the bedroom windows and there are often monkey sightings directly from the infinity pool. The house has a well thought open floor plan that joins the outdoor and indoor areas seamlessly thus creating ample space to enjoy the surrounding ambience outside while connecting the amenities the villa has to offer. Unwind in bliss and take in the stunning scenery that can be enjoyed from both private balconies, infinity pool, deluxe hot tub, kitchen, living room bedrooms and even bathrooms. We may be in the jungle but we have all the comforts of North America. The kitchen has all brand new stainless appliances and counter tops. It’s stocked with everything a professional chef would need to prepare amazing meals. The open concept living and dining room hosts our custom handmade 14ft. wood dining table which comfortably seats large groups. There is also fast Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), 75” flat screen w/ Netflix, waterfall, hot tub, pool table, BBQ, safes, bar & brand new high powered air conditioning units in all rooms. Guest access The whole villa is yours and you have direct access to the hiking trail just outside your door Other things to note ✅ We are at the very beginning of the hiking trail and the road entering the mountain is paved but steep although 4 x 4 is not needed. There is designated parking but it can cumbersome if there are many vehicles so limit yourselves to 3 cars ✅ Our villa is extremely safe and secure but due to the nature of bachelor events and guys trips they require personal security in the evenings.
