The Homestead B&B - Sunflower Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is the largest of our guest rooms and is located on the second floor of the Main House. It features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and vaulted ceilings. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs. The space Guest rooms includes a King-size bed, individually controlled climate control, and a mini fridge. Guest access Guests have access to the breakfast room and Carriage House lounge where amenities such a microwave, additional coffee stations, spring water, games, DVD's are located. We also provide beach towels and beach chairs. In season, guests can take advantage of our outdoor swimming pool, sun deck, and cedar enclosed outdoor shower. Additionally, our gazebo, wrap around screened in porch and open areas of the grounds available to all guests.
