Cosy 1 bed annexe with private bathroom

Quiet annexe attached to our 300 year old farmhouse. Miles of country walks at the bottom of the road and 10 minutes walk to the nearest pub. You can drive to the New Forest in 20 minutes drive and be on Bournemouth beaches within 30 minutes. Park on our drive and let yourself in with the key safe. Your room has a comfy king size bed, table and chairs, TV, fridge, toaster and kettle as well as tea and coffee essentials. You have private use of a spacious shower room and courtyard garden. The space The annexe is cozy and perfect for one or two, as well as the super comfy king size bed we have a table and stools which can be used for meals or using your laptop. We supply tea, coffee and fresh milk and there is a kettle, toaster and fridge so you can make breakfast or lunches The courtyard behind the annexe is private and sunny, a lovely place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine Guest access Your room and bathroom are private and separate from the rest of the house but the bathroom is attached to our house so there may be a small amount of 'family' noises heard. The bedroom is single story and our neighbourhood is generally quiet There is a private courtyard behind the annexe for your exclusive use. During your stay If you need me or have any questions please contact me on my mobile or knock on the door and say hi Other things to note We are happy to welcome travellers with children but regret there is no room for a travel cot Your room has a kettle, toaster, fridge and cutlery and crockery for two guests with a few other essentials like a bottle opener and chopping board. We don't expect you to wash up but do provide some kit in case you need to re use something during your stay. Cutlery is found in the drawer under the table. The shower has a large ceiling head as well as a hand held shower head.
