For your stay I offer this loft located on the second floor with elevator of a prestigious palace Le Bernascon adjoining the Bois Vidal. This renovated and tastefully decorated loft consists of a large living room comprising a lounge/dining area with a dining table, chairs, a sofa bed for 2 (extra bed), a flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen completes this living room: fridge with mini freezer, oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils and complimentary welcome coffee and tea. The 8 m2 mezzanine is also accessible from the living room and you offers a 140 x 200 bed and storage. Finally, in the bathroom you will find a shower tray, a vanity unit with storage, a suspended toilet and a washing machine. This accommodation is located in the Bernascon Palace, a central location on the edge of the Aix-les-Bains open-air theater, which is composed of a lovely flowery park with a fountain. It is also located less than a 5-minute walk to the city center and its pedestrian streets. Several bus lines are also nearby at the foot of the building. The common areas of the building are currently at the end of renovation but in no way affect your comfort of stay. Important information: The building is equipped with surveillance cameras, any noise or damage to common areas may be reprimanded.
