The building has some outdoor parking spaces that can be occupied if they are free, but the space is not secured and cannot be booked. If there is no space in the building's parking lot, you can park for free and without difficulty in the surrounding area, even in summer. The building has a very sunny communal rooftop terrace, where you can comfortably hang clothes (exclusive use for this purpose). There are two folding loungers in the apartment that can be taken down to the pool (they cannot be left there unattended, when finished they must be taken up to the apartment). Other things to note -In the apartment you will find complimentary toilet paper, paper towels, some coffee capsules, cleaning and toiletries, trash bags and bottled water. These products are left for your convenience during check-in and the first few days, not for the entire stay. Once used up, guests must replenish them as needed. -Reservations of 10 nights or less will be subject to Spanish law. Specifically, the rules established in these house rules, and additionally to the Civil Code, Law 15/2018, June 7, on tourism, leisure and hospitality of the Valencian Community, and Decree 92/2009, of July 3, of the Consell, and DECREE LAW 9/2024, of August 2, of the Consell, amending the regulations governing tourist housing. --Bookings for more than 10 nights will only be accepted if they are for recreational, artistic, cultural, or other similar purposes and will be subject to the rules established in these house rules, being considered as a "seasonal contract for use other than housing not subject to Valencian tourism regulations", in the case of a temporary contract that is governed by the rules established by both parties in these house rules and supplemented by the Civil Code and are outside the Valencian tourism regulations.
