The building has some outdoor parking spaces that can be occupied if they are free, but the space is not secured and cannot be booked. If there is no space in the building's parking lot, you can park for free and without difficulty in the surrounding area, even in summer. The building has a very sunny communal rooftop terrace, where you can comfortably hang clothes (exclusive use for this purpose). There are two folding loungers in the apartment that can be taken down to the pool (they cannot be left there unattended, when finished they must be taken up to the apartment). Other things to note -In the apartment you will find complimentary toilet paper, paper towels, some coffee capsules, cleaning and toiletries, trash bags and bottled water. These products are left for your convenience during check-in and the first few days, not for the entire stay.
