The building has some outdoor parking spaces that can be occupied if they are free, but the parking space is not secured and cannot be reserved. If there is no parking space in the building's car park, you can park free of charge and without difficulty in the surrounding area, even in summer. The building has a communal roof terrace, very sunny, where you can hang your laundry comfortably (exclusive use for this purpose). There are two folding sun loungers in the flat which can be lowered into the swimming pool (they cannot be left there unsupervised, they must be brought up to the flat when you have finished).
