In the heart of the Meuse Valley, this cottage for 9 people is a real cocoon to recharge your batteries with family or friends. Former small hotel, it has been completely renovated for great comfort. Large bedrooms, a small wellness room, large living rooms, kitchen and living rooms, a terrace, a mini pool (June-August) and a large garden. Conveniently located near Lustin Station, it is nestled in an area particularly known for its heritage, nature and trails. The space On the ground floor, the cottage has a large L-shaped room connecting a living room, the dining room and the kitchen. It has a second living room, very nice. And a wellness room with a small sauna, shower, hot tub and toilet. The ground floor overlooks a small cashed patio and the mini swimming pool (accessible from June to August). Then a staircase joins the garden and the wooden deck. On the first, 2 large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. And 2 medium bedrooms, with a large shared bathroom. From one of these 2 bedrooms, a walkway leads to the terrace and garden. And the brazier. Wood and charcoal are not provided. Guest access You will have access to the whole place and the whole garden and its amenities, except the furnished attic (2nd floor), private. A second entrance is possible through the bottom of the garden, Rue Falmagne. Other things to note The Gite, located along a road (N947 - it enjoys excellent sound insulation) and has 2 free parking spaces in front of the house. It is also located close to the Lustin train station. Direct trains to Dinant, Namur, Brussels and Zaventem airport. Large free parking is available at the train station.
