Spacious and bright three-room apartment with large windows and balcony. It overlooks a shared garden, detached from the hustle and bustle of Milanese traffic. You will stay in a quiet and relaxing environment. The location is strategic: a few steps away are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a large park for a nature walk. With the nearby metro and BUS stop you can reach the DUOMO of Milan in 5 minutes and easily reach every point of the city The space THE ENTRANCE opens onto an OPEN-SPACE, with a super-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a bar area with stools on the left (from here there is a door/window to exit onto the balcony or into the laundry area), while on the right you will find the living room with a second dining table, a comfortable sofa and the TV area. Opposite, a sliding door opens a small corridor that leads to the other rooms: on the right the double bedroom; on the left the shared bathroom, very clean, with a window, equipped with a bathtub and shower. Further on is the single bedroom. Finally, there is a storage room. THE DOUBLE BEDROOM It is a quiet and private environment, equipped with a lock, has a large triple window and is very bright. Inside you will find: - A double bed - A 55" QLED SMART TV with Wi-Fi and HDMI - Multiple Italian/shuko/usb power sockets and with universal adapter - 2 wall hangers, clothes hangers, and 1 clothes hanger/valet (on request, it is possible to obtain dedicated space in the closet) - A large mirror - Private trash can - Heater for central heating - Air conditioning Sleeping linens are provided. THE BATHROOM shared, is very clean and has both a bathtub and shower. Here you will find a hairdryer, body cleansers (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner...) that I make available to my guests and a heater with towel dryer. Towels are provided. You will have your own small space in the bathroom for your personal products. THE KITCHEN with a first dining table. You will find practically everything you would want in your home. All the dishes are provided for cooking/eating and the use of: - Gas stove - Electric oven - Electric oven/air fryer - Microwave oven - Automatic espresso/tea machine if you want to have a typical Italian espresso. - Refrigerator where you will have space to store your food Running water is drinkable and controlled, but microfiltered water is also available THE LIVING ROOM Open-space, with the possibility of opening a partition. Here you'll find: - A large sofa - A 55'' OLED SMART TV with cable and satellite channels, with Wi-Fi and HDMI connection. - Sound system - A second table with chairs where you can eat. THE BALCONY It has a veranda and is fully windowed. It overlooks the greenery of the shared garden. In the summer, a table is placed outside for those who like to eat meals or breakfast. Seasonally you will find some fragrant aromatic plants, which can also be used by those who love to cook. THE LAUNDRY ROOM It has a washing machine, outdoor sink, fixed clothesline, and a folding clothesline SERVICES - The Wi-Fi connection is ULTRA-FAST (1 GB FIBER), free and unlimited, and is accessible throughout the house. - In the streets below the house there is a free and open parking area for cars, and a partially paid area. There is also free parking for bicycles inside the condominium garden - The house is heated by a centralized system (with ignition in the periods permitted by law). - All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. - The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have an elevator Guest access The single room is private for the guest. You can use the shared bathroom. You can freely access and use the living room, kitchen, balcony/veranda and laundry room. It is permitted to use and stay in the condominium garden area, where there are also benches.
