Sunny patio with 4 chairs and a round table, a chaise lounge chair on the front deck, and a propane BBQ. The bathroom is also completely remodeled with a nice new tub and granite tile. Very tastefully decorated! Enjoy the hot tub on the back deck! Gas fireplace and wireless internet. High-efficiency washer and dryer down the interior stairs and to the left. There are approximately 13 stairs from the parking area down to the cabin - not wheelchair accessible. Garage not accessible for renters. Please note: Homeowner or guest of owner may occasionally use the apartment below the garage, away from the main house, with separate entrance and no interruption to you and your vacation. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - King Bed Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning.
