It is 40 km from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, 50 km from Kuşadası and 90 km from Çeşme. Our 4+1 summer house located in a decent site environment has 3 floors. Our house has 3 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. There are 2 toilets. There are 2 balconies and a terrace. There is a barbecue area on the balcony for your enjoyment. We have air conditioning and a fan for hot summer days. There are apple, tangerine and peach trees in our garden. Our summer house has a dishwasher, washing machine, 2 refrigerators and an oven. An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are available. All kitchen utensils (pots, pans, glasses, forks, spoons, knives, glassware, etc.) are fully available.
