Pool/Hot Tub Sleeps 12

This house can support up to 12 people staying. The price listed is for 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 people max. If you need extra sleeping arrangements for up to 4 more people, please ask for a quote for the extra bedroom/s. It is usually $200/night + $100/stay cleaning fee. The 4 bedrooms have a maximum of 8 people over the age of 3 years. The pool is heated from May-October The space It is a large house, comfortably furnished with plenty of room inside and outside for families and friends to enjoy the visit to Sonoma. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with laundered/ironed sheets. Each bathroom is stocked with items needed for your stay. There is an iron and ironing board as well has hair dryers, shampoo, soap and paper products. All linens and inside and outside pool towels are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with everything your chef will need to cook those wine country meals. The house has Comcast WiFi, Cable TV, air conditioner/heater and a washer and dryer for your use. Parking is for a maximum of 4 cars only. Please ask for alternative parking if needed. The pool is solar heated and as a result is not heated during the winter months. Guest access You can access the entire fenced in property. Other things to note This house is ideal for families and mature adult friends. Please - this is not a party house and if you are here to party with friends please choose another property. There are strict noise and outside quiet hour rules governed by Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinances. The pool does have a cover on it for safety reasons. You may remove the pool cover for your use.
