Adorable space with amazing views

Welcome to "High On The Hill" This fully self contained studio room has everything you need, a quaint little kitchen, bathroom with luxurious large bath, private porch with stunning views, close to transport and shops, centrally located between stunning National Parks 15min and beautiful beaches 30 min, Byron Bay is an hour. The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we look after other people’s fur babies 🐾 The space The studio room is located directly under the main house, it has it's own entrance and is very private however if we are home you will hear us walking around, we are very conscious of this any try our best not to be to loud. Whilst the room and front veranda are smoke free zones, there is a courtyard at the side of the house where you can smoke. Guest access Access is via the side gate on the right hand side of the driveway, street parking is available in front of house if you don’t want to tackle my steep driveway. Other things to note As I am high up on a hill my driveway is steep and not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues unless you are happy to drive up it which is way easier then walking up it and not so scary ones you’ve done it a few times. There is also 2 steps from the driveway to the side path. I live with 2 other housemates so even if I am not home someone is likely to be about, I drive a silver Prado, if it’s not parked in the driveway you can assume I’m not home, if you need anything and I am not home please contact me directly as my housemates like their privacy.
