This stylish home is a perfect getaway for a group of 6. This well appointed upper unit of 2 bedrooms / 2.bathrooms, kitchen, living & dining areas & in-unit washer & dryer affords you all the luxuries and conveniences. Ideally located on the beach in the quaint comuna of La Entrada, enjoy the comforts of a home away from home. Enjoy the sounds of the waves breaking on shore while you laze by the pool. Off the balconies you can see whales breaching during the whale season. Sorry, no pets. The space This is an upper level fully furnished 2 bedrooms home with ensuite bathrooms in a complex consisting of exclusively 2 independent, self-contained homes, Occupants of both homes share the pool. Strictly no pets allowed Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors Strictly no bonfire or fireworks allowed on the property. Gathering of large number of people for parties is not allowed. Maximum number of people must not exceed 6. Guest access Guests have access to the pool and lounging area surrounding the pool. Secure open air parking for 1 car. Other things to note Each bedroom has a queen bed to accommodate 2 persons per bedroom. The living room has a sofa-bed to accommodate 2 persons for an extra charge per person per night. This upper unit accommodates maximum 6 persons. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for our guests to enjoy. For your convenience a starter supply of consumables, such as drinking water, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet paper, detergent, is provided to get you by for the first couple of days of your stay. Please be prepared to have your own supply of these items. The items can be purchased at any of the tiendas in La Entrada. The barbecue grill is located on the ground level near the entrance gate and is for the use of the guests occupying both the units. Guests need to bring their own coal and igniter fuel. Strictly no pets allowed Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors We’d like to make you aware that you may occasionally spot our maintenance and upkeep crew who will be around for the upkeep of the property, yard, pool, etc. They will do their best to be unobtrusive. Our crew also do their best to keep the cute local bugs away. However, no matter how hard they try, you are still likely to see a bug or two. This is unavoidable as we are fortunate to be surrounded by nature. Garbage: There is a large black trash bin placed near the entrance gate. Please place your garbage in this bin and always close the lid. Garbage collection is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Please remove the lid and place only the black trash bin outside the entrance gate, by the side of the road and in clear sight for the garbage truck to see and pick up. We strongly recommend that you not leave the garbage outside overnight to avoid stray animals from getting into it and strewing the garbage around. Besides the mess, it is unsafe and unhealthy for the animals to feed upon the garbage. Pool lights: There is a light switch on the right side inside the pool pump room. You can slip your hand through the bars of the pump room gate and you will encounter the light switch which you can turn on. Please always remember to turn off the pool lights at night. If the pool lights stay on, you will find that the pool will be filled with insects the next morning because the insects get attracted to the lights in the pool. Thank you for making sure to turn off the pool lights at night. Return Gate Remote: On your departure, please return the gate remote and key to the lockbox. Failure to return the gate remote and key will result in a replacement fee of $ 50 charged to your account. Please note that all over Ecuador, power outages are occasionally experienced. When power is out, the internet will be down and there will be no water supply, as the water pump runs on electricity.
