Seven's Pad is a sustainable, minimalist-themed unit that offers a calm, cozy and comfortable place to stay in, big thanks to the talent of an awesome couple (Ghieslein and Richander). Starting from April 24, our door is open for booking. We accept daily, weekly and monthly stay. Other things to note Take note of important details about this listing: 1. We consider quiet time from 12mn to 6am. Parties and loud music are not allowed at night. 2. Parking space. Parking fee is 350 php per night. Reservation is required to get a slot. A reminder that illegally parked car can get clamped by the security team in the area and could get a fine of 3000php to be paid in the condo admin office. 3. Unregistered guest are strictly not allowed. Only the booked guest will be permitted to enter the unit. Guest list names and valid ID's are needed to be sent to us for condo admin registration. 4. Water Interruption There might be a sudden water interruption at times. The unit has a water bucket available, so please fill it up as soon as you enter in case issue arises. Don't worry, we always give a heads up if water clearing operation is done by the provider and we usually block the calendar if it does happen. 5. Insects and Bugs We are confident that our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes our units before your arrival. As the Philippines has a tropical climate, occasional insects may be present despite our cleaning efforts. We also provide insect sprays specifically for roaches, ants, etc. 6. Location - Grab and food panda is available for food deliveries. - Joyride app can be used in case you need a transport service, or we can assist you get a private car / tricycle service in case you need one. 7. Netflix Account Provided for Free. Our Netflix Account is automatically set up in our TV. In case you experience any issues with it, please call our team for any assistance you may need. Or you may use your own account if it's late night and log it out before leaving the place. 8. Power outage - It's normal in the Philippines to experience sudden power outage. Please don't panic, if it happens. Just give us a heads up and we will check the electric provider about its resumption. 9. For concert-goers to Philippine Arena, we can arrange you a tricycle or van service in case you need one. Keep us posted so that we can share you our partner's contact numbers as you'll settle the fees with them accordingly.
