Bedroom 2-Two XL Twin size beds Living room-Two couches, Full size sleeper sofa (memory foam) and one TV with Direct TV. Dinning-Table and chairs for 4 and two bar stools Kitchen-fully equipped minus dishwasher Outdoor-patio and BBQ full entertainment area and fire pit Washer/Dryer outside-bring your own detergent Bathroom-indoor toilet and standing shower. Outdoor shower behind the boat barn. Bring your own bathing essentials. Linens, towels, pillows are provided. The Retreat is cozy, clean and near local restaurants, bars and parks. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire home and outdoor space excluding the boat barn (owner needs access to this area). Parking in front of the house and side but do not block the boat barn. Other things to note Since the Retreat is in the country, guests will need to watch for snakes and bring bug repellent. Other items guest may want to bring are groceries, seasonings, bathing essentials, laundry detergent, water, sun screen, adult beverages, fishing gear, coolers and ICE. Animals must remain outside in kennels. No animals indoors, no smoking indoors and no unpaying guests.
