In the light-flooded, modern and spacious ground floor apartment you can relax and feel at home. On the terrace overlooking the green garden, you can sunbathe in fine weather or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The space In the living room you can spend cozy TV evenings on the modern extendable ottoman (extendable to 1.40 m x 2.00 m) and the armchair. Since the TV is a smart TV, you can stream like at home with your Amazon or Netflix account. For cozy reading hours you will also find some books in the sideboard. In the large kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, 4 burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, Senseo, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses and other kitchen utensils you can cook to your heart's content. The bedroom has a double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m, a dresser and a wardrobe with a full-length mirror. The bathroom has a spacious sink cabinet with a large mirror, a toilet and a shower. A hairdryer is also available. Your jackets and shoes will find a place in the shoe cabinet and the wardrobe in the hallway. On the terrace with four folding armchairs with cushions, a balcony table and a large parasol, you can enjoy the sunny hours. You will be provided with sheets, towels (one bath towel and two towels per guest), two dish towels. Wi-Fi and a signposted parking space in front of the house are available to you free of charge.
