Guest amenities badges must be purchased from the Beach Shoppe in the Sea Colony Marketplace complex (33548 Market Pl Unit 4, Bethany Beach, DE 19930) in order to use the facilities. If the Shoppe is closed, go to the Security Desk in the Edgewater House Lobby (high rises along the beach across coastal highway from the marketplace) 2025 Weekly Guest Badge Fees (Per person, per week, ages 4 and over): 01/01 to 05/07 - $15 05/08 to 06/11 - $25 06/12 to 09/17 - $50 09/18 to 09/24 - $25 09/25 to 12/31 - $15 Purchase of 2 guest badges includes one parking permit; 3 or more badges= 2 parking permits.
