We designed it to bring you the maximum well-being with its 30 m2 outdoor terrace, 5-seater hot tub and traditional sauna. Discover an air-conditioned apartment with a separate entrance, located on the ground floor of our house. Enjoy comfortable and intimate accommodation with a private terrace dedicated to relaxation. 🫧 Your private wellness area, year-round The real asset of the accommodation: a completely private wellness area, consisting of: A real spa for 5 people equipped with 76 jets. A traditional sauna, custom-made and perfectly integrated. A wooden terrace with garden furniture, a dining area and an outdoor shower. These facilities are reserved exclusively for you and are accessible all year round, 24/7, summer and winter, at no extra charge for their use. A custom-made waterproof cover protects the hot tub and sauna area from normal rain, except in the event of heavy rainfall. To maintain the quality of the water, we may need to intervene for spa maintenance during stays of several days. We will agree on a time slot together to minimize any inconvenience. 🌳 A terrace designed for your privacy The terrace is not directly overlooked from the street or the living spaces of the house. To ensure your privacy, one of the windows overlooking the terrace remains covered by a closed shutter during your stay, while the other is fitted with frosted glass. This allows you to enjoy your relaxation area in an intimate atmosphere. 🛏️ A comfortable space for up to 4 guests The bedroom: a double bed 160 × 200 cm and a closet to store your belongings. The bathroom: a beautiful walk-in shower, a double sink and a washing machine. Toilet: separate, with sink and mirror. The living room: a quality sofa bed with a 160 × 190 cm mattress, allowing for two additional guests. The kitchen: designed with a solid oak worktop and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, dishes and basic condiments. The accommodation is air-conditioned and has high-speed Wi-Fi, both inside and on the terrace. 💕 A little romantic touch Upon request and with surcharge, we can prepare romantic decorations for your stay. Carrefour Market and Picard about 500 meters away. Restaurants about 200 m away. There are also several activities nearby: escape room, Strat & Jeux, bouldering at Boulder Line, axe throwing, Théâtre de l'Étoile... 🚋 Transportation and Parking Tram: The La Galine stop on Line 2 is just a 4-minute walk from the property, making it easy to get around without a car. Parking: An outdoor parking space is reserved for you on the street, right in front of our house. 👶 Guests with babies Upon request, we can provide you with various baby equipment: baby bed, highchair, bathtub and baby monitor. ℹ️ Practical Information Linens provided: sheets, bath towels, bath mat, dish towels, bathrobes, and foutas. Coffee machine: Senseo, with a few welcome pods. Guests: The accommodation is for 4 people maximum, including guests. No visitors are allowed without prior arrangement made in advance. Please contact us before your stay for any requests: access for an additional fee may be considered under certain conditions. The total number of people present can never exceed 4. The facilities (spa, sauna, indoor courtyard, etc.) available to the guest are also entirely for your use, so you can enjoy them without restriction, while respecting quiet hours after 10 p.m. - PROMPTS ARE NOT ALLOWED (UNLESS REQUESTED PRIOR AND EXTRA CHARGE)! You are booking for yourself, and only you have access to the accommodation and to the spa and sauna facilities. The maximum occupancy for this listing is 4 people, including guests. - This place is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (steps to enter the accommodation, step to the terrace, doors not compliant with disabled standards). Other things to note NO OTHER PERSONS OUTSIDE OF THE BOOKED GUESTS ARE ENTITLED TO ENTER THE ACCOMMODATION AND ENJOY THE FACILITIES (Unless previously agreed: possibility of additional charge for guests, contact us in advance). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP THE RENTAL IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE REGISTERED ON THE RESERVATION.
