Our 150 m2 timber frame house has been specially designed for practical family life while remaining comfortable. Its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The ceiling height enhances the feeling of space in the living room. The landscaped garden overlooks three different terraces: dining area with plancha, a relaxation area conducive to aperitifs and a jacuzzi area. It's a house where it's "good to live" only 15 minutes from the ocean. The space After passing the gate, you have the option to park 2 cars, one of which is under the carport that will keep it in the shade in summer. A large entrance serves the house. On the ground floor is: the living room and kitchen, access to a bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a master suite of 24 m2 with bathroom and dressing room, overlooking the jacuzzi. Upstairs, a mezzanine with two children's bedrooms. All childcare equipment is at your disposal as well as our children's games if you wish (bathtub, baby cook, bibs, highchair, baby bed, etc.). Guest access Our house will be fully accessible to you. Only the garage could be closed as needed. As well as the children's dressing room for stays outside of July-August.
