You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. 🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept apartment accommodates a maximum of 7 guests, ideally including children. There is only one bathroom and no private rooms beyond that. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 4. 🔇 Noise: There are other guests staying in the upper unit, so some noise may be heard. Please observe quiet hours from 9pm to 9am to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. 🚗🔑 Garage Access: May be available upon request. ❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
