Excellent 3 Bedroom Townhouse, Near Capital Arena

Whole house with all amenities, Washing Machine, TVs, Frid/Frez, Micro, Cooker Ect. All Rooms AC Fast WIFI, Min Water, Coffee, tea all 4 free 🙂 Walking distance of Mall,,Cinema ,Restaurants, Sports and leisure activities. House has roadside parking and is within a gated compound. For relaxation you have a front as well as a rear terrace with seating and continual hot water for a soak in the bath. Extra beds,bedding cot ect..ask I'll be more than happy to accommodate. 🙂 mi casa es tu casa The space The property is suited for families of 6 but we have mattresses, bedding plates ect to house up to 20 if needed. just give us notice The 2 small bedrooms are 6x8 ft each with sliding doors to save space. Main bedroom is 10x16 ft all bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans. Dinning area is 24x10ft, living room is 16x10ft kitchen area is 15x 10ft, downstairs is open plan and includes a 25x7ft extension with entrance hall, washing arra and downstairs shower wc Whole area downstairs is roughly 36 x 21 ft repeated upstairs, not including front and rear terraces. Pool os 4.5 x 2.2 meter PVC pool, with filter. Area is and has been large enoigh to hold/ sleep up to 20 persons and due relaxed rules items like mattresses can be moved up or down, room yo room to make property more comfitable if you require 🙂🙂 Guest access Guest may have access to a pool yet this is at my discretion as more for children than adults and seasonal. Other things to note If you could please park up on curb/path before gate as house is on corner and be mindful of neighbour across roads driveway. I belive you should treat the house as if its your own and look after it as such, No smoking or vaping on property please as takes longer to clean the smell away Upstairs bathroom is more for Romance/Chill and has hot/cold taps.....plus electric shower Downstairs shower room has hot and cold mixer so setup for hot shower. The property is in the Provinces so if first time Airbnb or Philippines please be aware that people here keep Chickens,Goats, Ducks ect and Dogs which are used for security, personally i use CCTV but i feel safer knowing my neighbors dogs will bark if disturbed......sadly this can be a bit loud and i have no control over this.
