The apartment has its own private entrance, with plenty of parking. The sitting area is large enough for the available air mattress to accommodate additional guests. The full kitchen includes cooking hardware, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, and dishwasher. 7 miles from the filming studio. Our property is recent construction and surrounded by numerous The Walking Dead filming locations. It is five miles from downtown Senoia; home to restaurants, shopping, and the main filming location of Alexandria\Woodbury, featured on The Walking Dead. There is a private pool behind the apartment. We have 14 acres of land which includes a large yard and acres of woods on the property. We host many guests supporting our local films, who work through the night. The apartment is secluded from the rest of the home, so feel free to come go at any hour needed, without disturbing anyone. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing in the experience. We are a busy home between three children and work, and enjoy relaxing out back with our guests in the evening. When not traveling, we usually work from home; and are generally available if needed. We make every effort to welcome you in person upon first arrival. The apartment is on 14 acres of beautiful land. It is secluded off the road, providing a quiet relaxed environment. Plan to use a vehicle to access nearby attractions and shopping. Our property sits next to private property featuring a waterfall, lake, and complete movie set. This area was used for numerous TV and movie productions. Arrangements can be made to visit, tour, and/or fish for a small fee. ** Door code and guest WIFI password is provided under 'Guest Resources' as soon as you have a confirmed reservation.
