For your staycation needs :) The space Magnolia Place Condominium is a resort-inspired, mid-rise condominium (5-storey) located at Tandang Sora Ave. Extension in Quezon City. It is strategically located to cater for your various needs be it business or pleasure. Major commercial establishments like SM North EDSA and TriNoma Mall are just a few minutes drive from the site. It is also in close proximity with various banks, schools, churches and several fast food chains. Access to various public transportation is not a problem. The MRT (Metro Rail Transit) is connected to TriNoma Mall. So even if you need to go to other business districts (Manila and Makati are just a few kilometers away), going to and from your various meetings and other activities can be hassle-free. After a busy day you can always come home to an atmosphere that encourages relaxation and inspiration. The site has a 24-hour security with a constant roving security personnel who not only provides that secured feeling but is also willing to help you in your needs. Amenities at the community includes a clubhouse, function hall, audio visual room, game room, open basketball and badminton courts, convenience store, water refilling station, laundry pick-up station, gym and swimming pool (Kindly refer to the House Rules section regarding gym and pool usage). We furnished our unit with: air conditioned rooms with a Double-sized bed, Sofa bed, a 6-seater Dining table with dining wares, sofa set with 32” cable TV, with internet connection, with water heater at the toilet and bath (a set of towels provided). Cooking is not a problem because we have equipped the kitchen with cooking and kitchen wares and appliances. We can also help arrange other required services (i.e., airport pick-up and drop-off*, transportation services*, home massage schedules*, event organization**). *With minimal charges. Guest access Magnolia Place PMO requires a list of all the names of those who will be staying at the unit along with a copy of any valid Government-issued photo. This is for the security and protection of everyone concerned. Kindly furnish us ahead of time for easy access inside the complex. Only registered Guest-Tenants are allowed to use the pool, free of charge. For your events or group gatherings, the Function Hall, Meeting Room, AVR (Videoke Room) and Game Room requires prior reservation and payment. Daytime use of basketball and badminton courts are free of charge. Night time (6:00-9:00PM) use with minimal charge. Both times requires prior reservation. The gym is available for everyone. Minimal charges apply. (PhP 50.00 per daily use). The Clubhouse is also available to everyone and is equipped with a free WiFi. It has an onsite ATM machine, convenience store and a water-refilling station. We will personally hand over the key to the unit. Kindly inform us your estimated time of arrival at the unit so we can make early arrangements with the PMO and Security Office. Other things to note As Magnolia Place is a private security-gated community, all visitors shall be required to present a valid photo ID to gain entry. The roving guards may also confirm, from time to time, with the Guest-Tenants said visitors. There are limited parking space inside the community. First come, first serve only and with a minimal fee. Pool is closed every Monday for regular cleaning. Magnolia Place has an onsite ATM machine, laundry station, dental clinic and spa. Kindly check our House Manual for details.
