Quiet, comfy bedroom on tree-lined street

We are an open-minded gay-friendly retired couple. Our south-facing bedroom in a hip East Vancouver neighbourhood is suitable for singles or a couple. Downtown is 10 mins by car and 25 by bus. The North Shore mountains are 20 minutes away by car. The bus stop is two minutes away. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes plus a gazillion microbreweries within walking distance. Your room is on the main floor and we sleep upstairs. Your vintage-style bathroom is next to your room. We use a bathroom upstairs for everything but showers. Guest access We will provide you with a simple continental breakfast on your first morning and after that, space in the fridge. You will be welcome in the shared spaces of our home, but we will respect your privacy if you prefer to snuggle up in your room, which is laptop friendly. During your stay We enjoy meeting travelers and introducing them to hidden gems of Vancouver. We are retired, so we are usually available to answer your questions. We love live music, art and nature and can recommend great locales to check out. Other things to note We use the bathroom next to your room to shower but will only use it after you have left the house. We have added a lock to the bedroom door.
