Come enjoy the peacefulness that only living in the mountains can give you, without letting go of every day luxuries. Our place is ideal for romantic getaways with its beautiful and private setting! Lots of things to do in the area as well. The serene Indian Pond is located just down the road and it is ideal for swimming & kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Hike Mt. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures. The space The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and dining and living room areas. The two story deck, which offers magnificent views of Mt. Cube and Smarts Mt., can be accessed from both floors. Hot tub area is adjacent to house and can be easily reached through the bottom floor. Mowed lawn completely surrounds the house and includes a fire pit area located approx. 90 feet away. Two car garage building is located at the property entry. The house faces south without obstructions so it tends to get hot in the summer. Fans and portable air conditioning units provide some cooling, but with limited efficiencies. Also please note that we are limiting the space to two guests total (including children) at any time during the stay (day or night) due to capacity constraints of the water and septic systems. Guest access Guests can enjoy all areas within the property. Other things to note Our house is perfect to disconnect from the day to day hustle and enjoy nature at its best. Even though it has three bedrooms the house is small and has limited septic and water capabilities. For this reason we ask that no parties, events or get togethers are organized, and only the guests included in the booking enjoy the property.
