Welcome to our home away from home, The Watermelon Sugar House: Joshua Tree. An escape inspired by our love for the desert, the night sky, and of course, our favorite color: pink (Watermelon Sugar to be exact). The space At Watermelon Sugar JT, we've made sure to create a modern, desert-inspired lush space where you and your friends/family can come to and escape. Situated on 3 acres, and backing up to 500 aces of untouched preserved desert land & trails, our Watermelon Sugar House is the ultimate zen and spiritual getaway. The patio is filled with vibrant colors, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor seating and dining areas, and a relaxing Stargazing Cabana Bed. The start of the backyard leads you to our another Stargazing Cabana Bed and matte black Cowboy Pool, perfect for taking in the night sky and cooling off. All perfect for photos ops as well. Finally, take in the sunset while lounging on our 6-person Hammock Star and float away under the desert sky. Every area has been carefully designed with you in mind, and we know our pictures look delicious, but once you get here, you'll be even more delighted. Watermelon Sugar JT has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 4 Double Beds In addition to a fresh & modern interior, our home offers beautiful areas for relaxing and taking in the night sky under the stars. -Outdoor dining -Fire pit w/ lounge chairs -Outdoor sofas -10 foot circular pool with sun lounging chairs -Hot Tub (heated for a small fee per night) -2 Stargazing Cabana Beds -A 6 person Hammock Star -Outdoor Games Lastly, even though Watermelon Sugar JT is in a safe a secured area, it's equipped with a Ring Alarm system for added security. *FESTIVAL DATES AND SOME SPECIAL EVENTS/HOLIDAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A DIFFERENT CANCELLATION POLICY AND ANY EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE. DEPOSITS MAY BE REQUIRED DURING FESTIVAL DATES. BOOKINGS MAY NEED TO BE MODIFIED. Guest access All areas except for a locked closet in the kitchen. Other things to note Please read below and all house rules / additional rules before booking... *There is a 2 night min. for weekends (Fri/Sat) + 3+ night min. during holiday weekends and special events unless approved by owner. Sometimes Airbnb will glitch and allow guests to instant book 1 night for the weekends - if this happens we can correctly adjust your booking. *Only the exact amount of guests booked are allowed to be at the property at any given time during your stay. Please ensure you have input the correct amount of guests in your booking details. The primary guest must ask for prior approval to invite additional people over during their stay. *Pool/Hot Tub can be heated for an additional fee. *Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
