The Farmhouse at Pleasant Ridge is located on 24 private acres in the sprawling hills of rural Pennsylvania. A peaceful, cozy home with scenic views, a hot tub, fire pit and playground for the kids....you've officially found paradise! There's a quaint screened-in porch where you can sip your morning coffee and watch for the local wildlife. Not to mention lots of outdoor space for games and activities. Perfect for families or a couples getaway. The space As you walk in the screen door there’s a quaint screened in porch with patio furniture. Going inside, there’s a spacious foyer to hang coats and remove your shoes. Off of the entryway is the main floor bathroom which has a full size tub and stocked closet. Exiting the entryway is a fully stocked kitchen complete with a coffee bar. Keurig/coffee maker, microwave, blender etc. The bar cart/island can moved around and used for serving food. The dining table accommodates six people with additional folding tables and chairs available. Next is the living room. Plush couches and chairs with extra throw blankets. The best part... an electric fireplace- perfect for those chilly mornings and evenings. You can't beat the sound of a crackling fire available at the push of a button! The bonus bedroom has a full sized bed, toys for the children, and a desk, incase you have to bring your work along (our condolences). Laundry room is stocked with a washer, dryer, extra chairs, broom, vacuum etc. Upstairs you’ll find a large bathroom with a tile shower and double sinks. As well as a powder room. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and dresser. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, two closets and a cozy bench seat with views of the fire pit. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a dresser, and a open closet. Bedroom #4 has a king sized bed, two twin beds, a walk in closet and a pack n play. The basement (access to stairs through the bonus room on the main floor) has a twin over full bunkbed and a twin floor bed. Not to mention a small living room complete with couches and a tv. The white dresser next to the bunk beds has games. Outside on the patio you can unwind and relax in the 6 person hot tub. Towels provided (located in the main bathroom closet in a basket) Other outdoor amenities include: -Propane Barbecue Grill (back deck) -Swing Set & Sandbox -Fire Pit with Adirondack Chairs and complementary firewood Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home!
