Alpine idyll - Ski and Snowboard paradise Sedrun

Hey dear guests, I rent my modern attic apartment to non-smokers for vacation stays of 2 nights or more, as I spend a lot of time abroad. The apartment has a great location in the quiet municipality of Rueras, near the Oberalppass and the Rhine source. Rueras train station is only 500 m away, the nearest ski lift (Dieni) is only 1.2 km away. Please note: Please bring your own bed covers, sheets, towels and toilet paper. Final cleaning is done by the tenants. The space Since the apartment is a subsequent attic conversion, it is fresh and modern with a dark cork floor and white wooden ceiling. The living and dining area and the kitchenette are located in a larger room, which is visually separated by a beautiful beam structure. In some places, beams run in the floor area (about 5 cm high). The living room has a Sony HD TV. TV runs on satellite. The cognac-colored genuine leather sofa invites you to lie comfortably after strenuous hikes. There is a table with 3 chairs for eating or as a workplace. Stable Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The IKEA kitchenette is matte black, has a sink, a work surface and a modern electric stove with oven. Plates, cutlery, pans, pots, etc. are available. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dresser and bedside table. It is quiet and the bed is very comfortable thanks to the memory foam topper. The pretty bathroom is equipped with a glass shower, sink and toilet. Access to the apartment is by a somewhat steep staircase and the walls are deep on the sides. In the middle, however, you can move well, even as a tall person. The apartment has a balcony with beautiful views, which is located one floor lower, next to the stairs. With regard to various safety aspects, the apartment is not suitable for children. Guest access My apartment is not suitable for children: Cables are exposed, the TV could fall down when trying to pull up on it, open sockets, dangerous, steep and unsecured stairs for children, large plants... Therefore, unfortunately I have to decline a booking request with children up to 12 years old. Other things to note In Switzerland, special garbage bags are used, so-called fee bags. These can be bought in different sizes in the supermarket. Individual fee bags are available at the tourist information office in Sedrun. Please be sure to dispose of the garbage and all perishable goods upon departure. The final cleaning is done by the tenants, so please clean the apartment thoroughly on your own upon departure and prepare it for the next tenants. Bed linen and towels are NOT provided. The bed is sized: 1.60 m x 2.00 m (bring fitted sheets) There are 2 duvets and 2 pillows. Don't forget the bed linen. The basement is heated for your ski gear. Please only store ski and snowboard equipment there. Observe the winter closure of the Oberalppass mountain pass road.
