This large 5 bedroom lake home built in the early 1900's has plenty of room for large groups. There is a 3/4 wrap around covered porch for outdoor dining even when it rains. The large back yard has a fire pit, grill, volleyball/badminton net and various lawn games. Across the road is a beautiful spring fed lake with lake access for swimming, fishing. We are a 10 min drive to Bethelwoods and 10 mins to the Delaware River. We are sorry but we can not host families with small children. The space The house has 3 floors with 2 bedrooms on the second floor each with a full size beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds The third floor has two bedrooms with full size beds. There are 3 bathrooms with tub/ shower combos on each floor and 3 toilets. The house has a large kitchen with dishwasher, a tv room and a dining room with double doors opening to the back yard. Outside the porch also has tables and chairs for dining with a porch roof so if it is raining you can still dine outside Guest access The entire house and yard is for use of the guests with access across the road for the lake and a picnic table. Parking is also available. Other things to note We are 6.4 miles from Narrowsburg NY and 6.6 miles from Callicoon NY Both small towns are on the Delaware River and have restaurants, shopping and farmers markets in the summer. Both the Katrite water park and Resorts World Casino are 18 miles.
