The bathroom has a shower, bidet & a fully stocked linen closet with all the amenities. The space The garage is attached to an upstairs and downstairs duplex. With paved parking out front. There's a parking space for all 3 apartments. Guest access There is a private patio space with umbrella table and 4 chairs for the garage studio in front. Smoking is allowed there. There is also a back door with access to the backyard. Other things to note There is an apartment on the other side of the wall so guests should be considerate of excess noise late at night.
