You can walk to great restaurants and coffee shops (Nine Mile, All Day Darling, Tall Johns) and downtown Asheville. The rental comes with off-street, driveway parking and a separate, private entrance. Homestay permit#: 22-01076 The space The studio apartment is comfortable and cozy, equipped with a brand new queen sized bed and a newly renovated, spa-like bathroom. Our home is close to everything- there are great restaurant and coffee shops nearby. You can walk to downtown and are minutes from UNCA, Botanical Gardens, River Arts District, and South Slope. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, and incredibly friendly. Guest access You will be able to enter through a private, separate entrance near where you park with a keypad. There are no stairs for you to go up or down. There is also a fenced in backyard that you are welcome to use (will be shared with our family). Other things to note The guest studio apartment is in the basement of the house with a separate entrance and we live upstairs. We have two young children and you may be able to hear them running or being rambunctious upstairs. We have a fan and noise machine for your use if it is ever bothering you. With that said, if you are traveling with a young child, we have a pack-n-play and other baby/kid things that you may be able to use (just message me before you arrive) as well as a great kid-friendly backyard. It should also be mentioned for people who are taller than 6'4" that the ceiling height is low in certain areas due to have to build the studio around existing duct work.
