Courtyard for relaxing, and an outdoor dining area to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. Large back yard with BBQ and plenty of space for sun bathing. There is a basketball hoop and plenty of room to play horse or a half court game! The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. We have 3 bikes available to our guests to explore the area. Inside, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, queen sofa sleeper, bathrobes, beach towels, Keurig coffee maker with a selection of k-cups, 2 large TVs, a desk with computer and printer, washer/dryer, and more. If there is anything you need that is not already inside, we will do our best to accommodate. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room. I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Garage parking available. Other things to note The pool is heated mid-April through Mid-October. The hot tub is heated year-round. Regardless of the time of year, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy outdoor living (loungers, covered ramada with TV, outdoor kitchen) year round! Please stay with children while using the backyard; there are occasionally coyotes and bobcats in the neighborhood. Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping inside. You may do so in designated areas only. All guests must be noted on the reservation.
