The living room in this property hosts a plush gray couch topped with geometric throw pillows paired with a cozy blue armchair. Furniture is settled on top of sleek hardwood flooring and in front of an inviting stone-framed fireplace. A wood coffee table and stylish area rug bring the room together while the large flat-screen television off to the side of the fireplace brings the added entertainment value. The kitchen in Aprés on Yampa is a great place to serve up a savory home-style meal. Here, guests will find plenty of counter space and an extended center island with barstool seating paired with stainless steel appliances and wood cabinetry throughout. Unique lighting fixtures in this space combine the outdoor aesthetic with modern conveniences while the walk-in pantry is sure to please. The primary suite has a king bed and the ensuite primary bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. You will find a queen bed in the second bedroom along with a flat screen TV. The full second bathroom is next to the second bedroom and the queen sofa sleeper in the living room completes the sleeping options. Central Air Conditioning being another added plus to this gem. The attached, one car garage is suitable for most modern cars and smaller trucks, however it will not fit a full size pick up truck (Ford F150, etc). Aprés on Yampa includes a parking pass for one vehicle on the surface lot on a first come, first serve basis with this being the outdoor parking option if your vehicle is too big for the garage. There is a pet fee associated with bringing a dog to this property, due to prior dog damage, which is non-negotiable. One dog under 80 pounds is allowed. We love our canine family members, but this policy comes from the Homeowner's Association and does not include any exceptions. Two small dogs do not equal one larger dog, sorry! Apres on Yampa is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood.
