The host stays there alone and is very friendly and hospitable. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located. The space Experience a semblance of the countryside with a stunning view of the bustling capital. Sun rises on this side of the city, greeting you with the best wake-upper each day. This 265sqm condominium unit offers a great experience of Manila. Makati is a haven for the artsy and entertainment seekers and you will be close enough to Ayala Avenue financial district. You can stroll at the nearest art exhibit on weekends or have a drink in bars, pubs and night clubs around. The spacious living room allows you to chill and read your favorite novel. And if you're too lazy to go out, my place has a 51-inch smart TV with easy Netflix, Amazon Prime access and a 100-mbps internet for you to stay connected. Use the microwave oven to heat your food. If you’re bringing cooked meals to last your stay, you can store food and drinks in the fridge, too. It has a huge and spacious kitchen where you can cook anything that you want. There's a helper as well for minimal help around the kitchen. The Balcony is perfect for those night caps or enjoying a drink on a quite Thursday evening. Dozens of bars, pubs, night clubs, restaurants, and coffee shops as soon as you go downstairs. Money changers, convenience stores, and laundry shops are also within walking distance. Ayala Malls, Glorietta, Greenbelt malls, access to Edsa, everything is within a 5 min walk radius It’s accessible to the old Manila, too. You can schedule weekends riding our worldwar-aged jeepneys or be a little adventurous with the Pasig River Ferry.
