It has an equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and balcony, not overlooked. The accommodation is located 15 minutes from the Mairie de Montreuil metro exit, line 9 and 10 minutes from Montreuil Hospital station, line 11 The space The apartment is located in a peaceful residence, on the 6th and top floor, with elevator access.  Recently and completely renovated, in a cozy atmosphere, this warm apartment opens its doors for an unforgettable Parisian stay. It has an area of 55 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of:  - an equipped and functional kitchen, with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, juicer and several kitchen tools. There will always be a small base for cooking, spices and condiments.  - a living room, with sofa bed (mattress on the floor) and a coffee table. - a dining area, with a large table to meet there.  - a master bedroom: queen-size bed (160 x 200), the mattress has just been changed. The bedroom has accessible storage. At the window you'll find folding shutters.  - a second small bedroom, with a double bed that folds into a bench, with a desk and folding shutters.  - a princess bathroom, with walk-in shower, sink and accessible storage. Cosmetics, towels, hairdryer will be available.  - Separate toilet, with small shower to rinse and a small sink for hands. - a small balcony, without overlooking neighbors, overlooking large gardens, where it is pleasant to admire the view at sunset. At night, you can even see the Eiffel Tower lighthouse when it is lit.  Linens and towels are provided, you won't need to bring any. Hygiene products (soap, shampoo) and cleaning products will also be available. The apartment is equipped with fiber optics, ideal for teleworking. Having a lot of plants, if you plan a stay of more than 4 days, you will have to think about watering them, thank you in advance! Guest access Entire home with access to the building's shared garden. Located at the gates of the capital, on a very quiet street and in a peaceful residence, the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the "Mairie de Montreuil" metro exit, line 9 and 10 minutes from line 11, Montreuil Hospital station. For cycling enthusiasts, the center of Paris is about twenty minutes by bike and 30 minutes by metro. Next to the apartment is a pizzeria. A two-minute walk away, on Place Paul Signac, you will find a supermarket (Super U), a Picard store, a tobacco-press, a fast food restaurant, a dry cleaner, a café and a post office. Within a 5-minute walk, you have access to a Franprix, a pharmacy, several bakeries and butcher shops. Between 10 and 15 minutes' walk, you will find all the cafes and best restaurants. Various cafes and organic and bulk food stores are also there. A two-minute walk from the apartment is a small park, Place Paul Signac. Two very large parks, offering a superb view of Paris, especially for fireworks and sunset, are located around the accommodation, about a 30-minute walk away, where you can enjoy the great outdoors and admire the view of Paris: Parc de Beaumont (more natural, wood type) and Parc des Guilands (with a large esplanade for picnicking, playing or sunbathing). Other things to note Montreuil is a city very close to Paris, where many festive and associative events are organized. If necessary, I could recommend must-see places and events during your stay. In the meantime, take the opportunity to visit the Murs à Pêches, drink a craft beer at the "Croix de Chavaux" brewery, and enjoy a good burger at the "Little Kitchen" restaurant.
