Built in 1918, the 3 Portuguese villas- Yellow, Peach and White- are set amidst lush, sprawling gardens and a pool. The estate offers privacy and ease in a secluded yet centrally-located area. Other things to note Details & Services: PARKING & VALET: Park your two-wheeler at the property. Four wheelers will be parked at the Anjuna beach parking, 260 metres away. Pick-up/drop services will be provided by our staff for a seamless experience. POOL & PATIO: The pool is 12ft*10ft in size and comes with sunbeds in the pool area. BEDROOM: The three villas have a total of nine air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. Seven en-suite rooms are on the ground floor and two interconnected loft rooms on the first floor. The rooms get lots of natural light. Each bedroom comes with closet space and a view of either the garden or the pool. BATHROOM: All the bathrooms are clean and equipped with modern furnishings. There is a 24x7 hot water supply. Essentials such as 2 bath towels & a hand towel per room are provided. Toiletries & extra towels are available upon request. LIVING & DINING AREA: The are separate living areas in all villas. The Yellow villa has a beautiful dining room with a sprawling table for 14-16 guests. These beautifully decorated spaces come with tasteful furniture and chandeliers, and exquisite marble & stone floors. The living room and dining room open into outdoor patios. KITCHEN SERVICES: The kitchens are fully functional with amenities including microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. We are stocked with a complete set of cookware, crockery, cutlery, and ample glassware. We could stock up the kitchen with all that you may need for all your meals on request. BREAKFAST: We have a homely al a carte breakfast menu you can order from. The service timings are 10am-12noon. EVENING TEA: The staff can give coffee/tea services in the evening from 4pm-7pm. EVENTS & PARTIES: We would love to arrange a curated dinner, barbeque or poolside party with live music. GARDEN: Coconut trees and seasonal plants are scattered across the sprawling green garden. Internet: The high-speed WiFi is fast enough for undisrupted video calls, making it ideal for 'Work From Home' or 'Online Classes'. 100% power backup: We have a complete power backup in case of a power outage.
