We have a shared entrance and I live in the top floor apartment with my two cats. We splurged on comfort, and you will find the queen bed super supportive regardless of sleep position and the softest thing ever. Come sit on the sweet front porch, or relax on the deck off the kitchen. Heated by original ornate radiators and cooled by window units with a vintage B&B feel. The unit offers all the amenities of a private apartment with your own fully stocked kitchen, bath with shower/tub, and laundry w/washer and dryer. There is a Yoga Room/ office with bright natural light and mats and equipment that is in shared entrance way, but totally private with the door closed. The space is available to sun apartment guests. I occupy the top floor apartment with my two cats Fizzgig (Fizzy) and Tiabeanie (Beanie). Come experience a few days of city life in the beautiful quirky Hampden! Guest access Sun House is located in the heart of Hampden giving ideal proximity to restaurants and shopping and year round events. There’s something for everyone! No private or reserved parking but unrestricted street parking can usually be found within a block. There is a shared hallway to your private apartment. This allows access for lower level and upper level of rowhouse. Guests have keys and a keypad to access. There are cats on the upper level. Other things to note Accommodating guests in our Sunhouse on the main floor, we have also opened the Moonhouse on the lower level of our row house.
