The space PLEASE READ Thank you for visiting Our Neck of the Woods Nestled in our small town Renovo is a double house with three bedrooms, two bath, kitchen, dining room and living room, we want this to be your home away from home so I put together some things You need to know about the house.. Secondly I do have Verizon wireless Cell coverage at this house. We do not allow Pets. This house nestled in small town Renovo is completely surrounded by Mountains and small town neighbors, very quiet quaint neighborhood with the sounds of small town traffic.. What you need to know about the house The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, washer, clothes dryer, silverware, pots and pans, and cylinder filled with spatulas, cooking spoons, can openers and cooking utensils..and a coffee maker. The Dining area has a table that seats up to six people with a connecting living room that includes a smart tv that has no cable however you can hotspot your wireless device and watch Netflix, Amazon or your preference..I do know that Verizon Wireless has coverage in the area and in have coverage at this house I know that because I work for the company and we use Verizon and we have never had an issue.. All devices are now 911 capable we don't have a phone or landline at the house. No WIFI The house has three Bedrooms two bedrooms have queen size beds and the other has a single bed, with a quilt and extra blankets in the closet for your warmth.. Two sets of sheets one set is in the bed and a spare for each room. One bathrooms-The Bathroom is downstairs and includes Shower , sink and toilet and is equipped with toiletries (toilet paper) it’s at your discretion to bring your shampoo, soap etc, there are towels and washcloths as well.. The house is heated by oil please keep the temperature at a moderate 65 it does stay very warm.. We do have a nice fire pit in the back yard for your use if you decide you would like to use the fire pit please let me know we have bundles of 8 to 10 pieces of wood for $10.00 Please be safe when using the fire pit all damages caused by fire you are liable for the cost we want all to be safe and for you to have a relaxing safe stay. Please put the fire out when you leave the premises or unattended. There are stairs to climb so please at your own risk we are not responsible for any injuries we want you to have a happy healthy stay... Guest access All spaces can be used accept the balcony upstairs in the one bedroom, with the twin bed, that is a non access balcony. And the attic.
