Enjoy the Impressionist-style scenery from this south-facing residence with its sun-drenched terrace, close to bike paths, the Poses lakes, and the Vaudreuil golf course. Motorcyclists and cyclists welcome. Guests can park their motorcycles and bicycles in the courtyard. The space Old house recently renovated, spacious (110 m2), comfortable and not overlooked on the old towpath. Capacity 4 people (up to 5 with extra bed) and 3 bedrooms. It has a small courtyard that is sunny all day, allowing you to eat outside while looking at the Seine, as well as a private pontoon on the water with the possibility of mooring small boats or placing a deckchair there. On the ground floor, a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room and a vestibule with toilet. On the 1st floor, a shower room with toilet and an office with sofa bed and TV. On the 2nd floor, 2 attic bedrooms facing each other. For older adults or those with limited mobility, sleeping arrangements can be made on the 1st floor on request (not wheelchair accessible). Guest access House with enclosed courtyard, on 3 levels, single-storey living room. Street parking is available in front of the house. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The house is not suitable for people with disabilities in wheelchairs. Other things to note Non-smoking house! Pets are not currently allowed Linens, dish towels and bath towels are provided. Unfortunately the fireplace (closed hearth) is currently out of service. You will find on site what you need to start your stay (toilet paper, salt, oil, paper towels, soap...), please replace what you finish, for the people who follow!
