$2100/month. 30 day minimum We are only a 25 minute drive to San Francisco. The sun is usually shining here. We are located at the base of Mt. Diablo which affords many trails and hiking. South Walnut Creek, Alamo has a small downtown with restaurants, cafes, coffee shops. Sorry, we can't accommodate pets due to family allergies. The space We are right near Alamo and Danville both of which have great shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Berkeley and Oakland are 15 minutes away. We are a 6 minute drive from the Walnut Creek BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute Bart ride to downtown. Amenities of the studio/cottage: Our studio is open, uncluttered and very clean. The space is open with vaulted ceilings. It is completely separate from the main house with its own entrance. It’s behind a gate from the property to ensure safety. Sleep well on a queen bed with a pillow top. There’s a full size kitchen with range, oven and microwave, full bathroom, washer/dryer, air conditioning. There is a dining area and closet. TV with Comcast cable with premium channels. d Highest Comcast Wi-Fi and plug in internet is included. Parking is free and right outside the entrance. Not suitable for young children because we have a large, uncovered pool which isn't gated. It's a very quiet neighborhood and private with a large backyard. Don’t be surprised if you see a deer greet your arrival. Great alternative to staying in San Francisco if you want to explore Northern California, Napa/Sonoma are less than an hour away, Santa Cruz is an hour and a half, Mendocino is 3 hours, Carmel is 2 hours. Lake Tahoe is 3 hours away. Guest access Completely separate apartment with its own entrance. Please note it is on a second floor up a spiral staircase. Other things to note Cleaners included in the monthly price. $100 cleaning fee at the end of your stay. No pets due to allergies. No exceptions.
