The studio is less than a 10-minute walk to the train station and the city center, 30 m from the bus stop. Completely independent, in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the ground floor, easy and free parking. Possibility of garage for bike or motorcycle. Shops 100 meters away (grocery store, bakery, tobacco shop, butcher shop, post office...) Key box for self check-in Sleeping: new sofa bed, Bultex bedding. Sheets and towels are provided. Amenities: microwave, kettle, TV, hairdryer. Other things to note Access to the studio is strictly allowed only for those registered on the reservation. Any visit must be the subject of a prior request to the owner.
