Please do your part to protect the environment by turning off the lights when you leave, saving water as much as possible, and turning the air conditioner to high temperatures in summer and low temperatures in winter when you are not at home. • You are responsible for all items from check-in until check-out, so please let us know if there are any damaged or missing items during your stay. • Please leave the dishwasher open before checking out and do not put dirty dishes in the sink or around the apartment. • We hope you will feel at home during your stay at our hotel!We just want you to return the apartment as close as possible to its "original state”. We've included a cleaning fee, but we reserve the right to charge an additional fee if the apartment requires intensive cleaning. If other guests complain that you are too noisy, we will charge a $50 disturbance fee and your booking may be cancelled without a refund. • No smoking, including e-cigarettes or vaporizers. If you smoke inside the hotel, you will be charged a $250 smoking fee and your booking may be canceled without a refund. • Cleaning fees are not refundable under any circumstances after guests check in. Please bag all garbage before checking out. The check out time is 11am. An additional $35.00/hour will be charged for stays extended without the host's permission. • Please do not use the towels to wipe cosmetics or stains. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any towels or sheets that are stained. Makeup remover wipes and cotton buds are provided in the bathroom. • Security deposit – If you damage the house, you may be charged for the expenses accordingly for each suite. The guidelines described earlier are not a reflection of recurring guest problems, but they are intended to prevent these inconveniences from happening.
