The space Quaint cottage with character & charm located on 1/4 acre. Open & bright light, lots of windows, quite street, open land around house. Beautiful stars at night. Very clean terrazzo floors all within 10 min to beach. Guest access House and all amenities, everything you need to make a gorgeous dinner to a great breakfast. New pots & pans, spices, utensils. You just need to bring the food. Which publix/grocery store is 2 blocks away. Driveway is even large enough to park a boat & trailer. 2 bicycles on premises for an evening ride. Other things to note The house is a little home with lots of character. Very relaxing and comfortable. One of the only places that allows me to relax. So close to the beach. Boat ramp mile down road. 1 1/2 hr ride from Tampa. 1 hr ride to Ft. Myers. Spring training Rays 25 minutes away.
