5 minutes from Spruce Meadows - nestled in the heart of Silverado, this family friendly house is the perfect vacation destination. With a park directly across the street and easy access to Stoney Trail you can stay in and enjoy the many amenities, or head out on an adventure! Perfect place to host your family reunion! The space Bring the whole family! I do not have children, but I have pets and they are very important to me and hard to take on vacation! I live only 8 minutes away, so if there are services that you need let me know! If you book a stay longer than 1 week then, the house will be cleaned every 7 days, this will be prearranged with the guest. Yard work is done once a week and plants will be checked every 2 days. This is a single family home, located on the corner in a playground zone. With a field and a park directly across the street it is the perfect place for kids and adults to play. The main floor has the living room, a wonderful kitchen and dining room that will seat 8. The upper floor has the master suite, giant walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. At the other end of the level is a bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with a bunkbed and trundle bed. The bathroom with the bath tub is located between the master and the two bedrooms. The backyard is a wonderful area to relax in. With an east facing deck, coffee is best enjoyed in the morning out there. A hammock is in the backyard, feel free to move it where the sun shines. There is also a small salad garden in the backyard, that during the very limited growing months in Calgary will have salad vegetables available for you. The deck on the front of the house is best enjoyed in the evening with a glass of wine. The sunsets are phenomenal out there! In the basement, there is a washer and dryer that is accessible if you require. There are extra blankets and a deep freeze down there if you need them! Guest access Full access to the entire house. Self check-in - with a PIN number that will be emailed to you 24 hours before your check-in. Both the front and back door will be the same number for the duration of your stay. If you are bringing a dog, there is a soft sided kennel & bed in the basement that you are more than welcome to use. I ask that you clean up after your pet please, there is not an additional pet fee. If you would like for yard cleanup to be arranged, please let me know. The fee will depend on the number of pets and length of stay. Registration Details BL254720
