Guest access Kindly be aware that there is an additional free-standing unit, a guesthouse, located at the far corner of the property. This guesthouse is also available for rent separately. However, if it is available, both the main house and the guesthouse can be rented together by the same group, providing ample space and accommodation. Other things to note Please note- some things get updated occasionally so the paint may be updated, bedding can be updated, as well as decor. If changes are made they will be better than originally photographed. There is a Ring (video) doorbell at the entrance of the home for a quick check-in. Also, there is a Ring (video) floodlight on the side of the home to monitor cars entering the property. This is for the safety of the home and guests. No smoking or vaping inside the home. -there will be a $500 charge if any smell of cigarettes/cannabis is detected inside the home and any extra fees to clean up.
